Allison is a powerhouse multi-hyphenate with over 23 years of experience in the entertainment industry, seamlessly blending her work as a director and actress. Equally fluent in drama and comedy, she is known for crafting precise, compelling performances both behind and in front of the camera.

As a director, Allison has helmed multiple episodes of hit action-comedy series including Henry Danger (CBS) and Just Roll With It (Disney), bringing clarity, energy, and strong comedic timing to each project. As an actress, she has appeared in fan-favorite series such as Drake & Josh (Nickelodeon), Warehouse 13 (Syfy), Stitchers (Freeform), and The Vampire Diaries (CW). Most recently, she completed a recurring arc on NBC’s Hysteria! and returned to the stage opposite Sally Struthers in An Old-Fashioned Family Murder. She will next originate the role of Brigid O’Shaughnessy in a new production of The Maltese Falcon (March 2026).
